Camella Vita Gentrias is actually quite an ideal place to live even if you work in Metro Manila. Even with moderate traffic, the total travel time (by car) from General Trias to the Makati CBD is just an hour and fifteen minutes. That might seem like a long commute but if you consider that it is roughly the same amount of time that you will be spending on the road during rush hour when living in any one of the adjacent cities, then there really isn’t that much of a difference. Even if you don’t have your own car, there are plenty of buses and other public utility vehicles that you can use to get to any point in Metro Manila with relative ease.

If you have children who are still attending school, there are plenty of schools scattered all around the city of General Trias. Regardless of their grade level, you can easily find schools where you can enroll them. For instance, if you have college level kids, there are several colleges and universities within the city limits and just minutes away from the main gate of the Camella Vita Gentrias compound. There’s the prestigious De La Salle University Dasmarinas Campus, the Lyceum of the Philippines General Trias Campus, and the Cavite State University. On the other hand, if your kids want to study in one of the universities in Manila instead, they still can since the commute won’t be that long anyway.

As mentioned before, the travel time going from General Trias to Makati and other parts of Metro Manila will just take a little over an hour, which means you can still shop in the large shopping malls in Metro Manila. On the other hand, if you don’t want to travel that far, there are also quite a few shopping centers within General Trias that are not too shabby. Some of the large malls that are just a short tricycle or jeepney ride away include, SM Dasmarinas (or SM Rosario in the neighboring town), Robinson’s Palapala, and The District. There are also several large supermarket chains scattered downtown if you just need to do some grocery shopping.

You also need not worry when it comes to hospitals and other medical services. Several hospitals are located along the same highway that front the main gate of the Camella Vita Gentrias, like the General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital and the Philippines-Korea Friendship Medical Center. If you want more choices, there are many other hospitals and clinics in the neighboring towns of Dasmarinas and Trece Martires. Don’t worry about the commute. They are not that far at all (just half an hour by car).

If you don’t have your own car, you will not have any problems getting around the city at all. There are plenty of tricycles and jeeps that can take you anywhere you want in the city. In fact, since the main gate of the Vita Gentrias is along a major highway, you can wait for a bus or a jeep right there. The public transportation in the area is available 24 hours a day so no need to worry about getting home even when it is late at night.
